Terms of Application
Coverage for damage and accidental breakage for 3 years.
Repair of the device in the event of a malfunction identified by UNISTELLAR Customer Service during the warranty period. A malfunction is defined as an internal issue, confirmed by UNISTELLAR Customer Service, that impairs the proper functioning of the device and requires the replacement of one or more spare parts.
Battery replacement under specific conditions.
Number of covered interventions during the warranty period: Two (2) interventions are covered under this warranty.

If you encounter an issue, simply contact us via our online form. Insurance for accidental damage is subject to the payment of deductibles, and all covered interventions are detailed in our Terms and Conditions.

- For EQUINOX 2 and ODYSSEY: $299

Is your product eligible for UNISTELLAR Care?
When purchasing your telescope on our online store UNISTELLAR Shop, the UNISTELLAR Care plan tailored to your product will be suggested when you add the telescope to your cart. You can subscribe to this plan at the time of purchase or within a maximum of 90 days following the delivery date of your order.
For its launch, UNISTELLAR Care is exceptionally available to customers who placed an order on or after June 5, 2024.
