Le voile sanglant d’une veuve cosmique : la n\u00e9buleuse du Voile oriental<\/h3>\n

La n\u00e9buleuse du Voile oriental ressemble \u00e0 une blessure cosmique, une tra\u00een\u00e9e de sang suspendue dans l’obscurit\u00e9 sid\u00e9rale. N\u00e9e de la mort d’une \u00e9toile il y a environ 5 000 ans, cette nu\u00e9e lumineuse s’\u00e9tend \u00e0 travers la constellation du Cygne comme la cicatrice encore fra\u00eeche d’une explosion stellaire. Faisant partie d’un vaste complexe connu sous le nom de Boucle du Cygne, elle se trouve \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des n\u00e9buleuses du Balai de sorci\u00e8re et de la Chauve-souris, tissant une tapisserie d’horreur c\u00e9leste dans le vide, o\u00f9 la beaut\u00e9 et la destruction se confondent.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 l’\u0153il nu, la r\u00e9gion de C\u00e9ph\u00e9e semble calme et banale. Mais \u00e0 travers un t\u00e9lescope, une forme spectrale appara\u00eet : la n\u00e9buleuse du Sorcier (NGC 7380). Ressemblant \u00e0 la silhouette d’un sorcier en train de jeter un sort, ce vaste nuage de gaz et de poussi\u00e8re semble briller d’une lueur surnaturelle. Situ\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 7 200 ann\u00e9es-lumi\u00e8re, la n\u00e9buleuse est le berceau de nouvelles \u00e9toiles dont le rayonnement sculpte ses piliers et ses plis fantomatiques.<\/p>\n
